This policy applies only to digital PDF products. Physical workbooks and editable template products follow separate delivery and access rules.
When digital products unlock
Digital PDF products are unlocked only after verified payment. Once the payment is confirmed, the purchased file appears in the customer account download area.
If a customer buys multiple digital products, each purchased file appears as its own downloadable item inside the account after payment verification.
Customer account and device responsibility
- Use the correct Google account when buying
- Keep access to the email or Google account used during purchase
- Make sure your device can open PDF files
- Make sure you have internet access and enough storage space
Permitted use and sharing limits
Unless a product page states otherwise, digital PDF products may be used for personal, household, classroom, or other permitted educational use.
- Do not resell the PDF file
- Do not upload it to public groups, sites, or marketplaces
- Do not claim it as your own work
- Do not give away the original file or modified copies as a competing product
Missing access or file problems
If payment has been verified but the download does not appear, email edilval83@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and the email used during purchase. We will review the order and help restore access when the purchase is confirmed.
