Editable Template Policy

Understand how editable learning templates are unlocked after verified payment, what buyers may do with them, and what template sharing or resale is not allowed.

This policy applies to editable template products such as Canva-based learning templates or similar editable educational materials.

When template access unlocks

Editable template access is unlocked only after verified payment. When payment is confirmed, the customer account shows the supported template access button or link for the purchased product.

Third-party platform requirements

Some products may require a third-party platform such as Canva. Customers are responsible for having access to the platform, device, internet connection, and account type needed to use the template.

Learning Kids by VAL is not responsible for third-party platform outages, plan restrictions, account issues, or policy changes outside our control.

What buyers are allowed to do

  • Open the purchased template
  • Edit text, colors, images, or layout for permitted educational use
  • Download or print the edited final design when the product and platform allow it

What buyers are not allowed to do

  • Resell the raw editable template
  • Share the original template link with others
  • Upload the template to public groups or marketplaces
  • Claim the original template as your own source file
  • Use the template in a way that violates the third-party platform's rules

Access issues and refund limits

If your template access does not work after verified payment, email edilval83@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and a screenshot of the issue. We will review the purchase and help restore valid access when possible.

Refunds are limited once editable access has been delivered because templates can be copied, saved, and edited after access is provided.
