Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance if there is a payment issue, listing error, stock or fulfillment problem, shipping issue, or suspicious activity that needs review.

Physical workbooks
Physical products are shipped only within the Philippines. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on courier conditions and the buyer's shipping details.
Digital PDF products
Digital PDF access is unlocked after verified payment and remains subject to the permitted use and anti-sharing rules described on the product page and in the Digital Download Policy.
Editable template products
Editable template access is unlocked after verified payment and may require a supported third-party platform such as Canva. Buyers may not resell or redistribute the raw template.
Intellectual property and permitted use
All website content, workbook layouts, digital files, editable templates, images, branding, and written copy remain owned by Learning Kids by VAL or are used with permission unless otherwise stated.
Buying a product gives the customer a limited right to use the purchased item under the product's allowed use. It does not transfer ownership of the original design or source file.
Liability and policy updates
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Learning Kids by VAL is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by customer misuse, courier delays, device problems, third-party platform issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
We may update these terms and related policies from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
