Refund and return review depends on the product type, the order status, the proof provided, and the actual issue reported. Different rules apply to physical workbook orders, digital PDF products, and editable template products.
General review standard
We review concerns fairly and based on the actual order record, the product type involved, and the evidence submitted by the buyer. We do not automatically approve every request, but we also do not ignore valid concerns.
Physical workbook orders
Physical products are generally final once payment is verified and the order has been processed for fulfillment.
We do not offer refund for change of mind, wrong choice, or incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer.
Replacement or refund may be considered only if our review confirms seller-side fault, such as wrong item delivery, incomplete order, or a verified preparation or product issue caused by Learning Kids by VAL.
- Report physical order concerns within 48 hours after delivery
- Provide order number, product name, clear photos, and a short explanation
- For damage claims, provide a full unboxing video that starts before the package is opened
Damage during delivery
If the package appears damaged after courier handling, we may review the evidence and assist with the claim process when possible. However, if the damage appears to be caused by the courier in transit, the final outcome may depend on the courier's own investigation and rules.
Claims may be denied if the buyer cannot provide enough proof or if the evidence suggests the item was damaged after delivery by the buyer or another party.
Digital PDF and editable template products
Digital products and editable templates have stricter refund limitations because they can be accessed, downloaded, copied, saved, or edited after delivery.
Once verified access has been provided, refunds are limited unless our review confirms a seller-side issue such as broken access delivery, wrong file delivery, duplicate charge, or another approved error caused by Learning Kids by VAL.
